Sean built GCS around one principle: commercial cleaning should be predictable, accountable, and as easy as possible for the client.

With a background in structured, process-driven environments, Sean designed GCS using business fundamentals rather than informal cleaning habits. Everything is documented, standardized, and measured—from daily tasks and lockup procedures to QC inspections and communication protocols.
